Delete Account

KocaX Messenger lets you delete your account from inside the app, and this page provides the web request link required for store review.
Delete in the app
Open KocaX Messenger, go to your profile/settings area, and choose the account deletion option. The app sends the deletion request to the KocaX relay while you are signed in and only clears local account data after the relay confirms success.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us with the username you want deleted and the contact details needed to verify the request.
What is deleted
- Your account login record and public directory entry
- Your encrypted profile backup stored by the relay
- Undelivered encrypted relay records to or from your identity
What may remain briefly
- Server logs for up to 30 days, then deleted or anonymized
- Abuse reports needed for safety review, up to 180 days
- Records we are legally required to keep
